BOOT Program: A Workforce Development Program

About Midtown’s Building Ongoing Opportunities Team

Midtown Community Benefits District is dedicated to expanding its ability to support the communities it serves in ways that create positive change. Through the multiple services that Midtown provides, candidates receive exposure to an array of core operational services and community projects. Midtown’s cohort of partner organizations provide multiple candidates for Midtown to engage with.

Once onboarded, team members serve on the field operations team to support their learning of the necessary skills to secure meaningful employment. While Midtown provides the service and project training necessary, our partner organizations provide wrap around services that aid the members in each facet of their life. With professional and personal support, team members are supported in a way that ensures they experience success during and after their time in the Midtown program.
