Help Shape Midtown’s Future

Midtown is beginning the process of developing a new strategic plan to help guide our work and priorities for the years ahead.

We want this plan to reflect the needs, ideas, and experiences of the people who live, work, visit, and invest in Midtown. Throughout the planning process, there will be opportunities for the community to share feedback, participate in conversations, and help shape Midtown’s future.

Our Planning Partner

To help guide Midtown through this process, we’re partnering with Progressive Urban Management Associates (P.U.M.A.), a team of experienced place management practitioners, planners, market researchers, and consensus builders.

P.U.M.A. works with downtown, corridor, and neighborhood districts across the country to develop strategic plans, engage communities, and create actionable plans for the future. Their approach centers on listening to the people who live and work in a community, building consensus through inclusive outreach, and using data and community insight to inform decisions.

Together, Midtown and P.U.M.A. will work to develop a strategic plan that reflects our community’s priorities and provides a clear, actionable path forward.
